MORGANA is the architectural culmination of a circular home in a unique location.

Circular Homes and Paris Camps present this unique project of 8 homes a few metres from the sea and the centre of Caldes d'Estrac.

Located in the highest and most privileged part of the ‘La Indiana’ residential area, these homes are carefully designed to offer you the best of the Mediterranean style in a unique environment.

Their layout, organised in two groups of staggered houses, guarantees maximum optimisation of sea views, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking panoramas from every corner of your home.

In addition to its functional design, each Morgana home respects the natural habitat, with a solid commitment to the environment. Aesthetic elegance is combined with sustainability to provide you with a fulﬁlling and respectful living experience.

Morgana is designed for near-zero consumption, maintaining a comfortable environment all year round. In addition, the strategic orientation allows for a healthy and pleasant interior space that reduces energy consumption.

Water footprint

At Morgana we reduce our water footprint by using dry construction solutions, which minimise the use of water during construction. Our advanced water-saving systems automatically adjust the flow, guaranteeing efficiency without sacrificing comfort.
We incorporate intelligent domestic hot water systems, which regulate consumption according to needs, avoiding waste and creating a more sustainable and efficient environment.

Ciclability

We encourage the cyclability of materials, ensuring that they are recovered, recycled or
reused at the end of their useful life. Through a Take Back System, we return materials to
the production cycle, favouring the circular economy.
We minimise environmental impact and guarantee that each element of the construction has a second use, making the project a sustainable and environmentally friendly option.

Air quality

We improve indoor air quality by creating healthy and comfortable spaces and eliminating harmful substances to ensure a safe environment. Our dual system of natural cross ventilation and mechanical ventilation with advanced filtration guarantees clean air, also optimising the building's energy efficiency.
During construction, we apply an Indoor Air Quality and Management Plan, guaranteeing that your home is free of dust and pollutants from day one.

Material's health

We select healthy and sustainable materials that meet the strict Cradle to Cradle Certified® criteria. This is how we guarantee a safe and comfortable home designed for well-being.
We apply a green purchasing policy, prioritising local and recycled materials, and we have an
Environmental Management System that guarantees that our environmental impact is monitored and continuously improved.

Soil & biodiversity
